About RingCorgi: Your Business, Your Call Rules

RingCorgi gives small businesses a way to handle phone inquiries while the owner is on a job, helping a customer or away from the desk. We focus on the conversation and the useful details that reach you afterward.
Your instructions shape the call
You teach your receptionist through an onboarding chat and your business website. We ask about your services, service area, hours, pricing policy and what makes a call urgent. You also explain work you do not take, so those boundaries are part of the instructions.
Your existing business number can stay the number customers dial. Choose whether to forward all calls or just calls that arrive after hours, go unanswered or meet a busy line. We provide the forwarding guide and a test call before live use.
The message should help you act
Your receptionist asks intake questions, records messages and flags urgency. An auto shop can collect the reason for a callback; a cleaning company can capture the address and requested service. Email and app push alerts bring you the summary, transcript and recording.
When urgency matches your rules, the receptionist can warm transfer to the person you selected. It can also book appointments in Google Calendar or take details for your callback. You control those instructions through the dashboard by telling the AI what needs to change.
Hear the product before signing up
The interactive voice demo is our proof: have a conversation and judge the result yourself. Each call begins with a virtual-assistant disclosure and recording notice. The AI can make mistakes, so reviewing summaries and keeping a backup way to reach you matter.
You can then join early access; when free trials open, sign in by email link and complete the onboarding chat. We sell online, with no sales call required. Plans run month to month, and cancellation is available online.
Our principles
- Clear disclosure Your receptionist identifies itself as a virtual assistant and announces recording when a call begins.
- Your control You choose forwarding, urgency instructions, the on-call contact and how appointments are handled.
- Facts you supply We use your business information rather than inventing services, policies or credentials.
